CGE is affiliated to national and international networks that support global education and international development.  These networks include:

Academic Network on Global Education and Learning (ANGEL): ANGEL aims at forging an international community of researchers and scholars in the field of global education. 

Coalition of Aid and Development Agencies (CADA) is a network of development NGOs based in Northern Ireland, which aims to support international development; enhance awareness of development issues in Northern Ireland; and influence policy at local, national and international levels.

Dóchas is the association of Irish non-governmental organisations working for global justice by supporting the development of the peoples of the South and through development education in Ireland. 

Irish Development Education Association (IDEA) is the national network for development education in Ireland and a leading voice for the sector.  IDEA represents over 120 members involved in the practice, promotion and advancement of development education in formal, non-formal and informal settings.
